These terms supersede all previous agreements and are for retail sales only. Trade sales are subject to our usual Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We do not accept liability for damage or injury through misuse of products purchased.
Retail customers have a 7 day cooling off period, as defined by the Distance Selling Act 2000, Ki Martial Arts Ltd will not be liable for any collection or return fees, except in the case of an error on the company’s part.
Customers are required to notify us within 24 hours of any shortages or damages to their deliveries. Claims outside this timescale will be rejected. Any customer requesting goods to be left in a safe place accept full liability and cost of goods and no claim can be made to Ki Martial Arts Ltd. for missing or partially delivered items.
Where parcels are delivered by courier, if the outer packaging is visibly damaged, the customer is requested to sign for the goods stating that the parcel was damaged. This will not affect customers statutory rights to a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods contained. Claims may be rejected if the customer signs for the goods in good condition.
Investigation of missing or delayed parcels will be pursued through normal channels before compensation is considered. We aim to resolve postal issues as soon as possible.
Refusal of goods at the time of delivery will result in full postal charges being incurred by the customer. This includes sending back to source, except where the 7 day cooling off period is applicable.
If a card has been left at a delivery premises, failure to act upon the card will result in a re-delivery charge (where applicable). Please note that courier charges may be applicable where customers require goods to be re-directed to an alternate address or where a further delivery attempt has to be made by the courier when the customer has been unavailable to accept the goods.
Cottons and Leathers are natural products, resulting in designs and colour schemes varying due to the manufacture and/or dye process of some items from time to time.
Where an item is to be returned where the customer is not at fault, postage reimbursement is limited to £10.00 in respect of the returned parcel, however please contact us to arrange a suitable solution first.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, we will always offer a refund, exchange, credit note or repair service where goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose or have been mis-described.
Cash refunds are discretionary dependant on retail or wholesale status and dependant on circumstance of each case.
The customer has no right to exchange or refund in respect of Videos, Books, DVD's or CD's unless defective, not fit for its purpose or not as described. Any exchange will be for an identical title to be negotiated with the customer.
Custom, special or sale items will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, unless faulty
Goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter specifications and/or products without notification.
The title in all goods will remain the property of Ki Martial Arts Ltd. until such time as payment is received in full
Ki Martial Arts Ltd provides a next working day delivery service (mainland UK, excluding highlands of Scotland) if your order is placed before 12:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and in circumstances permitting). If your order is placed on the weekend your order will arrive on Tuesday. NB. Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.
Please note that filled vinyl punch bags and jigsaw mats are subject to extra carriage charges.
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice; however customers will be informed of any changes to product prices, before they are charged. If in the event the customer is dissatisfied with the price, the customer has the right to cancel.
Back ordered goods will be despatched as soon as possible and will not incur additional carriage charges.
Please consult our full colour catalogue or website for full item descriptions. Ki Martial Arts Ltd will not be held responsible for goods incorrectly ordered. The trade price list is a price guide only.
Please note that we are required by law to check verify you are over the age of 18 years for orders containing weapons. Failure to provide proof will result in goods not being dispatched.
All prices exclude carriage but are inclusive of VAT at the current rate where applicable unless otherwise stated.
The only information stored about our customers is the name, address, e-mail, and telephone numbers and used for general information purposes.
Our customer information is not passed onto any third parties and kept safe within the company and only accessed by allocated individuals. Ki Martial Arts Ltd is fully compliant with the Data Protection Act, 1998.

After placing your order online your credit card details are passed forward to us so we may charge you for the goods. Before these details are sent, they are encrypted using a 128-bit Secure Server Licensed (SSL) encryption software. This information is then decoded once it gets to us ensuring a secure and efficient service to our customers.
