To modernise our systems and make them more reliable we will be implementing the following:
- Sending out a confirmation invoice of the phone order via Whatsapp (emails are no longer reliable)
- There will be a one hour window before the order is sent to dispatch. This allows our customers to double check the order is correct, make any amendments or add on. This will include splitting orders and any back orders/pre orders/print orders.
- When the order is received by dispatch, it will be a finalised order and can no longer be changed or added to. This will be the final order that is dispatched.
- Any changes or add ons received after the one hour window irrespective of it being a split or back order, will be a new and separate order. They will incur carriage and other costs as a new order.
Please ensure that we have the following current details for you:
- A mobile number
- A Whatsapp application on your phone
