Trade Stands & Equipment Hire

What we require:

• Full non-refundable deposit and any van hire required at initial booking.
• Full final payment upfront 2 weeks before the event.
• If the event goes beyond 6pm on the final day, an additional £100 will be required for an extra night’s accommodation.
• Exclusive Ki Martial Arts Ltd Trade stand. (Tusah clothing and equipment is WT approved).
• WT approved equipment and clothing must be worn by athletes when competing to ensure the safety of our equipment.
• One designated person per ring (not referees) to administer the distribution and collection of PSS equipment during the event, and to pack away the PSS equipment at the end of the event.
• A safe electrical supply with adequate numbers of sockets and extension cabling for each ring is needed (we do not provide power), together with a referees table at each ring. Also, each KMA representative will require their own individual chair throughout the event.
• For any event that requires onsite attendance of KMA representatives for 6 hours or more, per day, a hot meal must be provided daily, as well as refreshments for the entirety of the event.
• Full details of the event venue and schedule, venue set up times, and a point of contact in case of any problems.

What we provide:

• Set up of PSS equipment at each ring, and IVR where applicable.
• Full use of PSS equipment with monitors, receivers, judge’s boxes, cables, laptops & software.
• Fully charged PSS equipment.
• Tech support.
• Ring side support.
• We bring the PSS equipment to you.
