Made from a lightweight foam padding, this makes them a versatile focus pad. They are perfect for fast speed training, styles like Taekwondo and Kickboxing. They are also soft enough to be suitable for children and adults alike so the whole family can train together at home or in their club.

Covered with a black and red coloured genuine leather. The back comes with an adjustable Velcro strap to hold your hand in place and stop the pad from flying across the room.
