This shield is really high quality and comes with different handles so can be held in various positions. The shield Is hard and can stand fast & strong kicks. It’s a heavy duty pad and has been used
By Iranian martial artists and champions for many years. I would suggest fast and powerful turning kick, back kick, push kick, side kick on this shield. Also never ask a child to hold this pad as it’s large in size. Thank you Ki for great service.
