Our Practice Foam Jo is 60″ (125cm).  It is made out of PVC tube with EVA foam tube covering. These Lightweight Practice Foam Jos and suitable for kata and forms training. These training items are not to be used in full contact. Approximately 1.25cm diameter.

Martial arts foam weapons are great for sparring and practising in a safe way, whether its self-defence or discipline.
